1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Refunds will not be issued once a product has been delivered, activated, or accessed.

2. Invalid or Non-Working Products

If you receive a product that is invalid, defective, or not as described, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof (screenshots or recordings). After verification, we may provide a replacement or store credit.

3. Unauthorized Purchases

We are not responsible for unauthorized or accidental purchases made using your account or payment method. Please ensure your account information remains secure.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension from our services and blacklist from future purchases.
